i got one of my dream guns in the mail today!
HK-VP-70Z its like new condition!

i have been looking for one for years but never actually found one until a few weeks ago.
its a really heavy duty gun. i am going to shoot it i hope tomorrow or Thursday. i have a ton of different kinds of ammo to try out in it. i have ordered a new striker spring for it take tension off of the trigger. its not as bad as people say. it just has a long draw to it. if you ever had the chance to feel the trigger on a cops beretta 96D double action only it feels like that.

That's a real interesting trigger profile. The whole gun looks like the love child from a Walther and a high point. Never seen anything like it. Looks cool. Hope you enjoy it.

I'd buy this one if it was available (P7, one of the best pistols ever made):

What the OP posted looks like a relative of the P7 but I don't know much about their history.

Very nice. I like em too. Interesting development history. HK made some very innovative products years ago even if this isn't considered one of their more effective experiments.

I put in a Wolff striker spring and it made a difference in reducing the trigger pull.

If you look at the back of the grip, there should be two odd slot looking things, one at the top, one at the bottom. Although not cut out on this model. On the issue version these slots accepted a shoulder stock and somehow worked on the trigger mech to make this little gun into quite a handy and practical sub machine gun.
