COLT SAA 45LC Longbranch, first picture and more pictures...

you need the hand of God , used in the 310 to Yuma . It was built by colt , for the movie and is one of a kind. It'll only cost ya $50000 or so...:) I was gonna bid on it but I was $47000 short.. Lol

There is certain numbers better kept to buy a sportcar... JP.

Uberti makes the same gun for about $49,400 less than that Colt goes for and I doubt you could tell the difference except the Uberti probbably would be better made.

Thats what I mean, and guns.... Can't forget about guns and scopes....

All being relative, at one time in my life, my drinking was a much bigger investment than my firearms buying frenzy...
Nowadays i am spending about the same but having a huge fun factor instead of a huge headacke...
It's being a win win situation since... JP.:)

Amazon was backorder on the Renaissance wax polish but i did found a canadian supplier in Toronto Sculture Supply Canada and i bought one 200ml can for 45.00 all in... Some of you are looking for some... JP.

If my memory serves Turnbull restorations made the "hand of God" guns. There were several(can't remember how many) copies made that were exactly the same as the gun used in the movie. They went for about $4500 US and my brother is still kicking himself for not buying one!! They came with the holster rig and belt as well!!

I knew i had to move fast on this one, it would have be gone in hours and actually the price was pretty good considering those in the States were auctionned from 2700.00 to 3300.00 USD...

We are just lucky Clay could pull one out of the US of A, quite an achievement if you ask me...

This is kind of an action- reaction game... JP.

As much as I like Colt.......the Hand of God single actions made for the movie were built by US Firearms.
OK

I agree here, being a Colt is what i was interrested in, at one point i was looking at a Colt Python but could not decide on one, now this Colt SAA is the Colt that is quenching my thirst and will be in my herd of pistol...
A darn good representant... JP.

It's a bit confusing, but from reading this , is it not a colt black powder frame? If it's not a colt then all the appeal is gone. I want caramels or at least a nice antique.:)

It has a black powder frame. What is probably confusing is that it was made under the old Colt armory blue dome now owned by USFA Mfg. Colt has relocated and USFA moved in the old Colt's plan.
It's still a very nice and detailed revolver.
OK
