Desert Eagle MKI 2 tone value?

I just did a deal for a d eagle MKI in the rare two tone. Apparently they did not make many in this colour. Any idea what it would be worth.

It came with two mags both pretty much scratch free no box.

you can buy a brand new .50 in gold for 3k~ i can't see this being any more then that, 2500$? ... depends on what someone is willing to pay if they really wanted it

If someone really likes the 2 tone they might pay more. I'm thinking you would be doing well to get around the $1500 mark.

$1500-$1700 would be a good estimate, the early DE don't really hold their value well due to numerous reliability issues, which is a shame because I think they are better looking than the newer models.

I have a 1st gen DE changed the springs in the gun and now cycles like a glock never misses a beat . So reliable... yes a 100 %

Where did you get them? One of the retailers here is a magnum research dealer can't remember which one?

I think the two tone DE guns have a aluminum frame

This lower is magnetic so it's probably stainless.

Interesting. Never realized they used stainless (until recently) or aluminum. I assume aluminum was only used for 357?

They made a few stainless guns back in the day. Now they are re releasing a ss version with that silly rail.

Freedomventures use the last generation kit it fits with no issues and surprisingly its only 70$ for the full kit

i have seen this in a 10" model. a normal MK1. 357 is worth about $900 in good condition. i would say this is worth $1500 but since its pretty rare here in Canada you can ask really what you want. you could start at $2500 and take offers.

i wouldn't be to fast on the SS DE. look at the wildey. SS is not really that good for making a gun out of.
