High Scope rings for 11mm (CZ) dovetail?

I cannot find high rings anywhere for my CZ 455 that has 11mm dovetail. Can someone please help me find a source. I have a bushnell 3-12x 40mm rimfire scope that I want to mount and my medium Burris rings are too low.
 
Pyramid Airgun in the US has BKL mounts in both med and high. They ship to Canada. From Rimfirecentral.com most guys say the BKL #257 med rings work well with a 40mm objective.
 
Wholesale sports Langley only had Mediums earlier this week at roughly $100.
Korth supposedly have none.
Amazon.ca listed the high ring mounts as available at around $88.
The high demand for CZ'z has outstripped production.
What is the cost from Gobels?

The high rings are not yet mounted, but I have a set of mediums on another rifle, see the pic below

at first I was unhappy with the fit and the unsightly gap....I contacted leupold and they sent me 2 free sets of rings to try out (ended up not using them)...in the end I am happy with them, they hold zero and are on my grouse/rabbit truck gun which doesn't always get treated nicely...I just prefer the look of the luepolds on my rifles over the talleys, the gap is only cosmetic and my OCD got over it fairly quickly
