New Colt Canada MRR - PRE-ORDER *Now 16" avail for order*

Knowing what Matt K. had said previously about the barrel harmonics at 15.7", I wonder if the 18" MRR model would actually be more accurate or not. It would be great to hear from him on this.

There is no "standard" IUR. There are several different types of IUR design offered by Colt Canada. The style released to the Canadian public is the variation requested by the Dutch Military for their use.

This is just another version of IUR, using the M-LOK design. All options.

Colt Canada has in fact offered aftermarket furniture for military clients. For example... Magpul and CAA.

NETHERLANDS FORCES - C7NLD / C8NLD / LOAWNLD with CAA goodies and another IUR variation. The C8 version is also what CSC (Fed Corrections) have for an IUR style.

Yes I am aware of these. But let me be more clear.

I DON'T LIKE THE MRRs. I would be happier with the original IURs and the lengths they are made in. What, if any, options do I have for getting my hands on the non-15.7s?

you and me both! I sold my DD 11.5" just to buy the FDE CC 11.6".

I'll pick up a DD5 down the line once the dollar settles back to normal. I'm a firm believer that everyone should own at least 1 Daniel Defense.
 
Well I've clearly been slacking since I missed this announcement during SHOT, stumbled across it today and now my #### is harder than it's been in weeks. Definitely going to be getting at least one full rifle and another length upper, hopefully in some kind of OD green. That 11.6" and 18" are looking real good...but damn so do the 14.5" and 16", toughest part will be deciding on which is first and which kidney to sell to fund the full line up...

I was holding one today at CANSEC, the uppers are unique and that it's carefully milled from one solid piece, that rail is part of the upper it's all one billet. I think the gun will be 3k.
