I ordered a MDT HS3 chassis and a MDT metal magazine, the magazine has some very minor issues with the cerakote finish, I contacted them and they send me a new one free of charge!!! The HS3 chassis is awesome!!!

I just went through and it worked fine for me. Located my town and province after putting it in. Are you using one of those fake IP programs for Netflix?

I bought a used TAC-21 chassis and it was missing a couple screws, sent them an email asking if I could order them and they sent me a complete small parts bag for free.

I had same issue when using my phone, my laptop was fine. Ended up just calling and ordering over the phone.
