After reading through this thread I am surprised to see what I am reading. There must me more going on here then what we are seeing. The rifles are obviously of questionable quality from the pictures that are posted. Marstar is a reputable business, I cant see them knowingly wanting to screw us gun owners and put our safety at risk, that's just not good for business. The fact that Marstar is not addressing the problem yet is making a lot of people pretty sour but maybe we should wait a bit and just see what they actually do to rectify this issue. Maybe they went over and checked a dozen rifles initially and they were good so put them all for sale. Now that all these issues have surfaced they are probably trying to get to the root of the problem and that can take some time if he is dealing with people overseas and if he has legal advisors involved. Marstar has given us opportunities to purchase some really nice firearms over the years so I think its too early to kick them to the curb just yet. I know you guys are pissed about having a $1700 wall hanger but lets just give them some time to make things right. I cant see them just ignoring all this for the sake of making a profit. JMO
I have read Johns posts and yes I agree he should not talk down to people like that. For everyones sake I hope he makes things right in the end.

I am almost thinking it might be worth it to keep the rifles I have. If I send them back there is a good chance they will disappear. Might be better to retain them so there is no doubt and the physical evidence is intact.
