New DA556 rifles - What do you want?

I would be interested in a lightweight 20" (rifle length gas of course) 1:9 twist flat-top.
Also a 14.5" (midlength gas) 1:7 twist flat top would be also something that would really catch my attention.

adjustable stock, ambi controls, flat top, no fixed front sight, 16" barrel, .223 Wylde, free floating, threaded for muzzle break, 15" M-Lock hand guard, pop up sights.............am I over $600 yet?

A DMR configuration would be sweet...think C7CT or C8CT...18" and / or 20" free float barrel, tubular handguard, rails for bipod, accessories, no fixed front sight and of course flat top.

20"-24" Hbar

Flat top

Tube forend, solid or ventilated, with provision for a bipod

Upper only provision. I'm not buying another lower - that's the whole point of an AR to me.

10.5 :D and Mlok or free floating if the price point is there. If not then anything works for $600/$700.

Any rough ETA or is this just brainstorming?

We are looking to produce another run of DA556 rifles.

These will likely be US made.

What features are you looking for?

I'm looking for an AR that shoots 7.62x39, takes AK (or similar mags) and doesn't look or operate like an AR!!!!!

Possiby a Canammo version of the Type 81 :-0

Make 3X as many upper assemblies as lowers [or complete rifles] with floating handguards, various barrel styles and lengths, low profile gasblocks. The main [only?] thing that bugs me about my DA556 is the A2 front sight that gets in the way of a red dot sight. I'd be willing to splurge on a 14-16-18" flattop upper. I already built my own 10.5" upper with a low-pro gasblock for a flip-up sight...
