If it looked as cool as the 92fs then I would have bought it instead
Shadow is a nice gun. Boggles that the Shadow 2 still doesn't have a decocker, though. Pricey nowadays, but what isn't...
Decockers are good for ipsc. There are other shooting competitions outside of ipsc though![]()
I have Beretta and CZ (75B stainless and had the SP-01 tactical) 92FS is more reliable than CZ, CZ is ammo picky esp when it comes to OAL (overall length of the cartridge) ones who reload know all about it... As for being well made there is nothing higher end on the CZ over Beretta, IMO Beretta has better attention to detail if you will. What CZ does have is awesome ergonomics and they really hit the home run with the SP-01 Tactical/Shadow with IPSC crowd and target shooters. Before that CZ was more of a budget gun compared to Beretta,Sig HK USP, Hi Power etc.If the 92fs was as good of a gun/reliable/well made/well laid out/ergonomic as the Shadow I am sure more people would buy the 92fs.![]()
To each its own. I've seen a brand new beretta after 20 rounds crack the slide in two. I have seen more barettas break then CZ.I have Beretta and CZ (75B stainless and had the SP-01 tactical) 92FS is more reliable than CZ, CZ is ammo picky esp when it comes to OAL (overall length of the cartridge) ones who reload know all about it... Which ones allow cocked & locked without throwing you out of stock/production category?
not gonna comment on the rest because don't want to derail the thread but tactical and shadows with a rail do nit have a good balance; they're very front end heavy. Regular 75B as well as Beretta have a much better weight distribution.92fs balance is blah and the fact holding it is like holding a glock but worse.. Instead of a 2X4 its a 2X6
