No more 77-22

That sucks, but at $1000 new I wasn't planning on buying one anyways.

I'm more bummed about the 77/357, 77/44. If you have a purpose for one, they are excellent rifles in a real niche' market.

I always wanted one of these in either 22lr or 22mag but I could never justify the price, even when the dollar war at or above par.

Hard to get excited about a Ruger rimfire at near Anschutz prices. Remember when No. 1's were about $1100 new? You know, a couple of years ago.....

I'll hang on to mine... they won't be discontinued, they will just announce that they are discontinued and then do "special runs..." which of course, will sell like hotcakes.

I have 2 and really enjoy them. My new one needed a return to warranty centre to work right. But they took care of it.... I was just out 45 bucks for one way shipping that kinda annoyed me.... even my old cooey 600 fed 100% at 1/10th the cost....

That's to bad.
I have a 22 RF and a 22 Hornet and have been questioning if I really need them.
Now I know I will hang onto them for the time being.
I will say that I am finding the American Rimfire's are a very good and accurate rifles and now if they would improve the wood stock they would be more appealing.

double gun, I see that Epps still has some 77/357's in stock.
