Good deal on AB3

Got a Hunter today in 308 in the mail....stock is nice, checkering is sharp, but I dunno....I think I actually like the synthetic stock better. I'm a wood and steel guy too, but I can't really put my finger on it....like there is too much plastic already on the gun for a nice wood stock, it just seems out of place?
Hopefully get to shoot it this weekend and see if it will grow on me.
 
I take it back...this wood stocked AB3 ROCKS. First time in my life I mounted a new scope, on a new gun, got to the range and looked though the bore, checked crosshairs...hmm looks like its pretty much on paper and zeroed. Fired a round, inch below and an inch left of the bull. 4 clicks elevation, 4 clicks right, done, zeroed, punching the bull out all day after that. Never had anything line up so easy, and it's very pleasant to shoot.

I will give You that the Woodstock model looks 10x better than the Plastic model!

I phoned them the other day and was told mine is in the system but she is still working on the August rebates. I entered mine in early September.
 
I got the AB3 in the .243 caliber. Love shooting it.

I bought it last year when they had a rebate. Pretty sure it was in CND funds as there is a browning center in Quebec.
