The top rail and charging handle look to me to be aluminum. I don't know if the stg mags will fit.

The bolt will not stay back without a magazine being inserted. Once the bolt is back you can take the magazine out. Charging handle appears to be aluminum.

Yes to free shipping. For taxes we follow the tax laws. Sales into BC are charged the BC taxes.
 
Is the mag limited to 10 or not?
Disassembly procedure ... ?
Could not find any info about this gun on GSG web site or anywhere else.
