If only we could get the 9mm with that barrel length. I love my PPQ navy but would love it even more without the useless threaded bit sticking out the end.

Of course, being able to have a can for the end of it would be pretty cool too.

No, it's imported by Walther Arms in Arkansas. You'll see it has German proof marks below the ejection port (looks like an antler). It is made in Ulm/Do.

Just read on the US site -“We are excited to bring a .45 Auto to the Walther line. This new caliber and product offering is a benchmark for Walther and the PPQ. We have built it to the same exact German standards that have made this model so well received .

It's illegal for businesses to falsify where their products are made. There are strict laws both in Germany & US that regulate what is considered Made in Germany, as well as Made in USA.

It is a requirement of US Federal Firearms Law to place importer stamps on guns imported into the US. The gun pictured is made in Germany....period.
If it hits US shores it will have some US Company importer stamp on it.

They are trying to do the Un stamping thing in canada too (I'm not 100% on all the details) but imo that's what happened here just as ^^ that person said. Imported to the US probably needs stamping that's the confusion there.
