Well that's pretty interesting and telling as well. Judging by that and the rcmps decision on wolverines 858's it will come to no surprise when TI's 81 is dead in its tracks.
What does surprise me is TI lack of communication on the 81! Why not just come on here once a week and say no new info, or we spoke with the manufacturer and they still haven't started making the rifles, or we called today no news, or suck it up nutz you knew the deal when all this started keep waiting. Anything is better than nothing.
We're a little sensitive about when we'll see the Type 81 Gordo. If you consider that we want these so bad we can taste them, and this thread is constantly bombarded by trolls, you can understand your rude welcome to the thread. Get your order in and we'll all have a big warm fuzzy. Awwwwww......
Ok you're right. I apologize for snapping on Sinbad. I honestly would like to order this rifle and wanted to know if the issues had been resolved with getting these available. The OP was posted 9 months ago and figured a lot could have changed in that time. I'll keep my self updated on this thread.
They don't need to keep giving updates. They gave us a time-frame and there is no need to say anything else unless something has changed. these rifles are not "dead in their tracks", we are right in the middle of the target delivery time-frame right now. There is no similarity to the 858 situation at all. TI submitted a prototype and just about a year ago it was classified non-restricted. They are now having a batch of identical rifles produced and they will get the same FRT and will be non-restricted. People need to be patient. All the CGN hysteria and paranoia in the world is not going to make them arrive 2 minutes sooner. relax and they will get here- ignore the trolls who have proliferated in this thread stirring up crap. I am content to wait - I have many other guns to keep me amused until this arrives.
