Managed to wait one entire day, hoped they sell out! Caved and placed the order today....

In looking at that ad, I don't know which is worse: the fact that the example they photographed has wood better than 99.9% of the CZ's being made today...or the fact that somebody actually covered it up with cordura before taking the picture!!!

Questionable marketing strategies aside...these are wonderful guns.

It's not their picture. It's a photo from the lucky gunner article. Also the 2nd image that pops up on a Google image search of CZ carbine. That example does have amazing wood.

Sorry, gonna brag about this one. Shameless plug. One of my most proudest days on this earth involved a 527. My 13 year old shot her first deer with hers. We strongly recommend this product wish I could afford one for myself!
