Looks like a mech warrior from the old computer games. Marginally less so without the claw feet.
Let us know how it works, do you have access to an atlas or LRA to compare it to?

Very nice. I'm quite impressed with the fit and finish of my CDX. Looks like the same story with the bipod.

I'd be curious to see how it compares to the LRA bipod.

Did you buy yours direct from cadex? I was eying up the rail mount version, wonder if my gun would still fit in my pelican case with it on.

If you find yourself in Nanaimo you're welcome to borrow mine, but I don't think there's going to be much difference. They appear to be the same design.

Ill be In Nanaimo this Saturday, Im heading to Parksville for some trap shooting :) Ill bring it with me if you want to look at it.

What are your thoughts on the spikes or claws?
I shoot from a wooden bench or prairie ground most of the time so I want something that'll bite the wood or not sink into the dirt ground when I load it
I have been indecisive for some time.

I like the atlas and spikes but wish the claws would swivel.
I really like the wider stance and the claws on the new Cadex.
I have not used the LRA but have not bought one due to only rubber feet, no option for spikes or claws.
I have also been looking at the Tier One FTR bipod, obviously a bit different, wider, I assume more stable and easily adjustable but designed more for free recoil.

What are your thoughts?
I assume you guys are loading your bipods?

I went with the claws on my Falcon for an extra $100 (give or take). Mòstly concerned about stability and ability to load, but must admit that they also look better than the rubber IMHO. Not that looks are hugely important, but still....

Can I ask what the lowest height is with the Claws?
And yes they do look friggin sweet
