Seizure in Spain... wow, just wow.

Looks like a lot of older and newer CETME rifles. A bunch of Spanish rifles in Spain, what is the big deal?

Not a single live gun, all deactivated.

Seizure "justified" by the change in deactivation requirements for new deacs by the EU last year.

Think of it being the Spanish version of the 858 & 858 "Spartan" story.

They were legal yesterday, today we changed our mind...

The government doesn't dare lose its monopoly on power, money and violence.....

All because of changes to the deac rules, because of Islamic Terrorist attacks... making Europe safe for theocra..... erm... democracy!! ;)

There were some very rare rifles and accessories in that mix.

Off to the steam roller they go...

I could cry my eyes out...... R.I.P. G3's/CETME's.

If only that was a preview of the inventory to blow out for the upcoming Easter sale here in Calgary.

The ONLY way that's gonna happen? If the West separates from the Eastern half of the country and the RCMP are no longer recognized as LEO's in the Western half but disbanded and expelled.

Looks like they were playing Jenga with rifles.

Laugh2

Impressive collection; Nice monte cristo box doing what it was meant to do after the cigars are gone. Maybe someone doesnt believe that the Basque conflict is over.

Seized firearms from a firearm enthusiast who decided to put all his savings into cigar boxes instead of a bank. Nothing to see here....

Seriously though, how much time and money was spent stacking those rifles all nice like for a feel-good photo-op?

The article makes a big deal out of a seizure of dewat firearms and claims "criminals" were stock piling in a gun shop as a "front" ,but, makes no mention as to who the "crooks" were or whether there were terrorist connections. Strange that.

The jihadists might be the customers but I will bet it is home grown European white boy gangsters doing the supplying.
