The Anschutz,Cooper,Sako,Walther,Krico,Weihrauch...You get the idea, picture thread!

Sure like the Anschutz 1907 and the 2013, I think it's called. The only thing I don't like is that extra thick end of the barrel. I wish it was all one thickness

Thank you! I have a few more pics, but not very many good ones unfortunately (I just got the rifle in November). Here's one of the other side: [\QUOTE]

Did you commission the work or did you find it on the used market? Looks very nice! Would love to see some more pics when you get a chance.

I bought it used. The stock has a Wundhammer palm swell and is cast-off for a right-handed shooter. The elongated trigger guard indicates that it was built as a silhouette rifle. The receiver has been threaded, and the screw-in stainless steel barrel has a tight, match chamber. I have no idea who did the stock work or the barrel work, but it was done by a talented individual(s). I'll keep trying on the pics, but I've got no talent as a photographer and PhotoBucket tries my patience mightily. Thank you for the kind remarks.

Minimouse that restocked 54 sporter was done by talented stocksmith, I love it!
If you ever find out who threaded the action, can you pass it on as I have Carl Gustaf 22 target gun I would like the action threaded!
If any CGN site support guys are listening, time to allow an easy way to post pictures!!!!!!!!!
Love to post pictures of my 2 Custom Cooper rifle!
Cheers Dale Z

Dale, thanks for the kind words! I don't know who did the barrel work. The only thing stamped on the barrel is the single word, "Tubb", which some folks here in the States speculate may refer to the renowned target shooter and gunsmith G. David Tubb. I don't know one way or the other, but David Tubb lives and works in Texas, and this rifle came from Texas. And I'll second your idea about making pictures easier to post here. I'm on a local forum that allows pictures to be posted directly from one's computer files--no need to worry with a photo-hosting site like PhotoBucket. PB is the most exasperating site on the 'Net. Slow, slow, slow, slow, littered with pop-ups and ads, and, did I mention, slow, slow, slow? I'd love to see some pics of your custom Coopers!

Holy crap Glenn that's a big investment!
Looking to seeing some good target's from that group, may have to put off retirement!

My custom 54 sporter at the range. Still searching for ammo that this one really likes. My four other Annies all like Tenex, but this one not so much. I'll have to try some Lapua in it one of these days.
