So I didn’t get to go shooting this weekend as I had hoped but did the next best thing and visited two gun stores! Epps yesterday and Al Flaherty’s today where it was great to see their new Beretta “store within a store!”

And of course top quality shotguns!

Let’s start with their top of the line over-under. Used by Olympic shooters, this is not only a top
performer but a stunner with carbon fiber and heirloom quality wood furniture.

Just look at that action

You get a lot of carbon fiber and fine wood for that $14,000!

Great balance

Next, there is nothing more menacing than a side by side shotgun.

Love this shot

Beautiful wood and engraving

Again, real high quality wood furniture

Now at the other end of the shotgun spectrum, a very tactical Mossberg 590A1…I could use one of these

large.jpg

And I could REALLY use one of these, a Nighthawk Custom T3…I know this model is very popular and it was my first time seeing one in person..i can see why and I really want one!

Pretty good selection of knives…my favourite was the Spyderco Yojimbo 2…I have the Yojimbo 1 and
met the designer, Michael Janich at the 2002 NY Custom Knife Show

I also liked the Advocate

Great pictures. I really appreciate them. Al's is always good product and good folks.

Are you going to be posting a picture tour of Epp's, I have not been up for awhile and want to know if it is worth the drive from Toronto?

Thanks for the tours.

Thank you for the tour!! However, Al Flaherty may want to consider putting up a few signs on the walls here and there in the Beretta room so people are aware that they're in the Beretta section ;)

Thanks all for the compliments

How much was the CRKT machete??

Per their website, $80

Nice pics. I love going to Al's. So hard not to buy something when there.

Agreed..i never leave empty handed…today I bought a PMAG 5/30 and a handgun case

No I wont be posting pics of Epps…although I have taken the odd pic there, I somehow feel they wouldn’t be receptive to a tour…in any case, this is Al’s forum so I wont talk about other dealers

nice display! and wow, beretta just makes nice stuff all around eh!
im lovin their CX4

yes…however the focus of the Beretta store in Al’s appears to be on the sporting shotgun side..much in the same way as standalone Beretta stores located around the globe, for example the one in NY (I have been there…they don’t allow pics)

hey i just discovered that Beretta makes shoes designed for shooting!!! Will you be getting these?

Beretta has only just in the last few months purchased a footwear company, and they can be a little slow to introduce clothing products to the Canadian market, but if it's possible you know we'll be all over it!

That said, could be a year or more. We've got our feelers out for the hunting boots, but I'll add the shoes to the inquiries!
