Did you receive a shipping notification beforehand or did it come as a surprise?
Crossing my fingers with a little hope that chassis gets here before may 7th

I was hounding mdt relentlessly and there was a complication in my order but their customer service rocks and yes they do send a shipping notification plus it updates on your online account with them if you're set up for it.

That is correct. Talley 20moa rail, the high rings and a sightron SIII 8-32×56 scope.

I should be close then, i guesstimated ring height for a while on these
I went with 1.35mm height with a 56 objective, should be good!

And was thinking about a new product you might want to look into for the LSS-XL, very similar to the fixed butt-stock adapter.

Just backwards, so the beveled edge is facing back to give a better profile. Like my rough picture below.
