The law will do nothing. If the whole thing was captured on film nothing would be done.
Some people are very special and the laws don't apply.
They need to be caught alright but not by law enforcement.

I was thinking the same thing. The best description was males in their 30's??? Ffs! I bet someone somewhere has a waaayy better description maybe even a plate number.
I know quite a few native hunters who wouldn't stand for this sh1t, let's hope somebody is sick of assh0les wasting moose populations and turns them in.

Edit. Went on sasktip Facebook page. It seems the description was *ahem* more descriptive but then the hardcore racist stuff really came out and they changed it. Let's just admit there are abusers and poachers in every creed, but maybe the treaty rights hunters should... Nah forget it. Let's all agree to turn in fkers that waste good animals, so our kids and their kids can enjoy our natural resources in the future.

I don't condone any of the racist rants that I read when the post originally came out saying they were two native males in their thirties but you have to admit that there is a sad reality here in SK. Poaching happens en masse by both parties but it can be sickening to see what is done by certain individuals who defend their right to hunt as they please based on traditions, only to pull this sort of stunt.

Once again, I am fully aware that most native and treaty hunters follow the rules and know a couple of guys lucky enough to fall under that category and they have tremendous respect for their game and take only what they need.

Well said. It gets a little infuriating to read people condemn the waste on one hand but then insist that they have unalienable rights to hunt whatever whenever. Some folks were going so far as to say there should be no hunting oportunities for "privilege hunters" if animal numbers are down..or positing their legal rights to hunt on private lands, at night and with spotlights. Thankfully those people seem to be in the minority. ( no pun intended)
