I hate being teased by these rifles, over the last couple years I have seen all of the limited production runs hit the market and I've always wanted to adopt another....and another..... I can't spoil the beans and tell you who I am or how I came to be because I don't pay to advertise so please keep that under your hat, if you need to know that bad then PM me and i'll introduce myself......

But isn't it fitting that I just ordered the #10 of 1000 of the farewell edition for my own personal collection?? I hate owning rifles that I never get to shoot, but this one just feels so damn fitting.........:dancingbanana::dancingbanana::dancingbanana:

Congratulations. They are nice looking rifles, no doubt about it. But maybe you can shoot it. Otherwise it's just a gold brick, so to speak: it has value simply by existing.;)

Pictures of them have been popping up on Rimfire Central as people get theirs delivered. All have been pretty good looking so far, I imagine you'll get a good one too. Why not shoot it, though?

What sort of a wait did they suggest before you get yours?
Who did you order it from or is that top secret too?
I know this guy who sells these great kits to allegedly improve the trigger, but I have never felt the need ;)
Pictures when it arrives please.
Tight Groups,
Rob

Fontier had it as well as 3 other just like it in stock, number 0017 and 2 much farther down the line.......I had to bite on number ten, but the guy with number 452 is going to be the winner

Congrats on the rifle...guess if it'll never be shot, no need to tune-up the trigger..? :)

There sure has been lots of pissing and moaning about the price of this rifle (which I don't get~buy it or don't buy it!!) but it seems fitting that you'd be getting one. Heck, CZ should have given you one for how much better allot of CZs shoot because of you! I'd love to own one as a wall hanger myself, but I barely have the $ to buy guns I shoot..let alone, collectors. Anyhow, congrats...I look forward to seeing some photos of it and naturally, to your impression of it once you've had a chance to fondle it!

Great shooters hope they really don't discontinue them..

Unless they say they will ''re-introduce a new and improved 452 when Hell Freezes over'' I wouldnt hold my breath.
Its ran its course and time to move on and improve (s######) the next generation of rimfires...
Dam you Dave my CC is screaming to get out and exercised again.
Tight Groups,
Rob

I thought I had put a pretty good bug in your ear up in "loops.......maybe looky still has that tire.......

number 0017 would look mighty fine in your collection

I never even put 2 and 2 together on that one.......when I saw number 10 I was all over it like the proverbial fat kid on the smarties........

only issue I see with the entire rifle is they still used those awful slotted skrews...........

I've been on the phone multipl times over the years with the guys at CZ in states and told them all we want to see is hex head action screws and a drilled and tapped receiver, for the love of gawd I said.....even savage can do it, cheaper to make then dovetails and opens up the world of endless scope mounting options......no dice....their set in their ways and wished me a good day. I guess the real funny part is that even the boys in the back of the plant have ordered parts from me.........it is what it is I guess
