Lets see, horrible Canadian rubble check, non-restricted tax check, only one importer tax check... That will be 4000$ and your first born.

The gun is suppose to be super simple and really cheap for them to make. CZ EVO Scorpion is only just over $1000 Canadian and that was a gun I was expecting to be near $2000. I'm hoping the CZ 805 Bren will be in the $1600 - $2200 ball park. Either way, I'm getting one as soon as someone gets them here restricted or non-restricted. I only own two guns that aren't made in Czech Republic. A 10/22 which I'm thinking of selling off for a CZ 512, and a Chinese SKS that will be gone in a heart beat if these machines roll into the country. It will pair well with my CZ P-09

They are 2K USD

805 is old news.....806 new and improved!!! Lots of info on the interweb about it. I think wolverine has been working on trying to get it approved don't quote me on that. I guessing but it's probably a year or so from getting an frt but no one really knows.
When or if it's approved for sale restricted or non I will get the 762x39.

Nice! Thanks for the links King.

What's the difference between 805 and 806?

A little bit lighter and some changes as requested by the Czech army. The original 805 was supposed to be a polymer upper but then was changed to aluminum without changing the design, so the geometry is a bit bigger than it's supposed to be. The upper on the 806 is optimized for aluminum.

I just ran a select fire 806 Bren this past week. Great gun. Controls are nice and trigger is incredible (for a factory trigger). If this gun gets an NR FRT, it will definitely be on my buy list.

What is it they say???? Oh ya!!!! "Pics or it didn't happen ".......
What caliber? What mags? Where?

They're $1789.99 on Buds Gun Shop and the EVO is 949.99. What is the price in Canadian on the EVO? Not a heck of a lot more. I'm really hopping its going to be $2000 or less. Still a better deal than a Tavor, XCR, or ACR.

Exchange rate is sitting at $1.36, so the $1789.99 US will be $2433.04 CAD, when you add the extra cost of a 18.6" NR barrel, that will push the price to about $2600 range, depends who is doing the importing and where it is coming from, CZ Europe per unit cost tends to be higher than CZ USA.
