I love this thread , I have no interest in getting a Type 81 , but this thread is like Coronation Street , it's vaguely interesting with lots of drama and , apparently , never ending . I love CGN .

T.I needed capital to make this purchase. Many stood up and its now happening. I very much doubt that anyone who claims to have made money investing instead of supporting this venture is now going to cash out to cover the cost of a new rifle. In the end its going to be out of pocket. I will take the store credit and the magazines.

Also sort of a slap in the face to TI that said these would be the only 1000 rifles for the next 3 years...buuulll#### lol

Can't change a classification.

But they can add one.

Currently TI has an FRT parent entry for the Type 81 as a semi auto. The lab could always add a second seperate parent entry for a converted auto version under the same name. Different actions, different parent entries.

So while it came into effect like you corrected me on, the frt isn't law, and how entries are added aren't regulated.

I see you are perpetuating your image. Although not very flattering to you, I guess it is your prerogative.
Not sure how its a slap in the face to TI, since the extra rifles are part of their own order, and make their customer base happier...

So let me remind you this : you naysayers have by now been proven wrong multiple times along the way, and us enthusiasts are every day getting closer to getting our rifles.
I have no doubts you will try to come up with more twists and spins to try and not lose face at this point, but rest assured most of us will see right through them.

I can't wait to post a picture with my T81 blasting off some rounds, just to say 'I Told You So' to all the negative Nancy's lurking on here for no other reason but to ##### about something that they have no skin-in.
Anyways here is my T81 Bayonet that I just got, if it doesn't fit, I will make it fit :)
