Or if you can bring in NHMTG GI 5/20 round mags form the US and pin them, I'll bet they'll sell. Very popular among clone builders, and not very expensive from the US (midwayusa has their own brand - AR Stoner magazines for $12.99)

I would like a bolt action rifle in 9mm and 45acp that takes 1911 mags. 16" barrel with iron sights and a detachable scope rail.

Single shot rifles ala the handi rifle in 7.62x54r and 7.62x39 and non corrosive ammo to go with them

Don't forget some pistol rounds, like 357 mag, with a PROPER rifle style throat. a 44mag with a rifle style throat, AND a 1/16 twist, perhaps a 1/18 or 1/20. 45 colt. 50S&W 475. And make these with 16" barrels.

FYI China really does not have the capacity these days to create more complicated reproductions (garand, M1 carbine, etc) Their small arms industry is a shadow of it's former self with no US customers.

I take it that's a "no" then on a restricted or non-restricted version of the C1 (L2A1 Sterling)?
