Yes you will get an extra mag and free sling with the preorder. I thought there was a deadline for the 50 dollar credit though and am not sure when that was if there was one. Fenceline said he didn't think there was a deadline.

The sling and additional magazine were standard pre-order bonus items. The $50 credit was awarded to those that held preorders when the last projected time frame failed. If you are a long time pre-order holder you most likely qualify, I forget when the exact cut off date was but I want to say April sometime? Anyways you'd have to e-mail sales at TI to use it. Maybe wait until they're done shipping as I don't want anything holding up mine from getting out the door

I ordered extra mags as well with the credit. Nadine told me they can't manually update the site but the additional mags are on record for my order. I wouldn't sweat it.
