Hello Everyone,

I am facing an issue with feedback extortion on google search. What is happening once a month I have someone issue a feedback on google search https://www.google.ca/search?q=westrifle&oq=wes&aqs=chrome.0.69i59l2j69i60l3j69i57.1703j0j8&sourceid=chrome&ie=UTF-8
People who leave this feedback do not buy anything from me. Two or three feedbacks are left within 2-3 minutes apart. Then 5 minutes later I get an email and in the email their going to be something like "According to an AOL study, 90% of Google searchers never make it past page one for a given search. Our team of talented Search Engineers uses proprietary technology and industry best practices to push down negative, inaccurate information, and push up accurate information onto page one of Google" and they guarantee that 50 dollars they will create 100 feedbacks that will push back feedback down

If you guys who bought from me can please go to that link on google and leave your feedback it will help us fight those bus$%t@rds

Click on the three vertical dots to the right of the reviews and have them flagged as inappropriate.

I would just respond to the reviews with something along the line of.
Thank you Mr. So and so for your review. I have looked through our records, but couldn't find where you have made a purchase from us. Please feel free to call me so we can discuss the issues you've had.

Copy it into a simple text document on yur computer; then copy and paste it into a reply every time one of these comes up.
 
I can’t even find the reviews. Don’t think I’d worry about it this is common all over google
 
Huh, can't edit my post; wanted to add that I personally hardy ever read those reviews. The reality being any review worth it's salt will say more than "They didn't done good". It's not difficult for most to see the BS reviews for what they are.
 
I got t to come up ou have to type in westrifle store. If you just type in westrifle it doesn’t show up
 
Scammers never cease to amaze me, you've got to admit their creative if nothing else.

Not sure how long it takes to get posted but just left a positive review
 
Apparently, some businesses have had similar problems with Yelp as well.

For what it’s worth, reputation on CGN probably corresponds to more sales than a google review .... hopefully there’s some comfort in that at least.
 
Something is not right there you have 11 reviews all positive except one how do you get a 1 star. That has to be some kind off F up at google. Is there a way to contact them and ask them WTF
