Yes. I received an email notification yesterday that they were back in stock at their suppliers. I didn't want to wait for their November import, so I just ordered the collar from an American supplier to Freeport forwarding, and ordered a similar muzzle brake from a CTCS.

A few lowers came in today, so my Mk12 and one of my Mk18s finally have their own lowers instead of having to share with my Mod 0 build.

Not really a Mk12 clone, more like a close cousin ?

I was inspired by the recce rifle concept because I was looking for something slightly more compact than a full-length rifle.

16" Douglas SS match barrel with the Ops Inc brake. Something different is the Adam Arms gas piston installed instead of the usual DI. Because of the piston, I couldn't use KAC handguard, I had to use Midwest Industry handguard. Still looking for some nice glass, but for now, just using what I have on hand (Vortex 2.5-10x44)

Maybe my next build will be an Mk12... if I have money for that.

It doesn’t look like it does. I guess the BCM upper is a step in the right direction for someone who wants to have something “close enough”, but yea, missing the Ops Inc brake, thread protector and collar, doubt it’s a Douglas barrel, and yea, the unobtanium rail, sights etc.

The brake and the swan sleeve are optional items on BCM's website, to build a proper MOD 0 clone.
 
Got her assembled:

All Colt/KAC/Douglas

This barrel is amazing. Put her together, ran a patch through a couple times, and stacked 4 shots on themselves at 50 (function test)
Funny part, I didnt even have to adjust the NF scope. It was "bullseye" at 50 with match ammo. weird.
