I agree.. Now if they oversold the folders.. that would and could be a cluster.. And we don't know yet if TI got short shipped??

Hey can I have 1000 dollars you can borrow it to me and I’ll give it back sometime in the future. In the mean time hope the law doesn’t change or the tires go obsolete and your stuck with three tires tough luck I guess. You know how much bitcoin you could have bought in 2016 for 1000 dollars ? Not only that why if he decides to sell the rifle. Me thinks as a person who placed there order for all those mags could be well rewarded in reselling them. It was a perfect plan order something in short supply. Free market economy rules

I read TI's quote differently, to me it sounds like the last 20-30 spare mag orders won't be getting any spares at all and any other orders previous to the 20-30 last will be limited to 8. Be interesting to see how far back people that fall under the 20-30 bracket ordered.

If there were people that ordered later than those that are having their orders restricted and they received their full mag orders then this really sucks.
 
Well at least TI is providing ongoing entertainment with their antics while we wait for the rifles. But what a stiff price to pay! Now this is what you call a captive audience :p

Absolutely. Wait and see folks, mags won't arrive Q1.... well, maybe. But not of 2018. That's for sure.
 
What is the reasoning for owning more than 8 mags BTW? im actually curious. If 8 mags dont get you through a 3 gun stage, u should put the gun down and walk away lol
 
my big question is how would TI not know whats in the shipment? CBSA has already gone through everything. does CBSA not inspect everything firearm related? was there a theft? It doesnt make any sense to me.

Only way they wouldn't know what they had is IF they weren't actually there where the firearms are being shipped from

Unfortunately it appears like we've been shorted on our spare mag order. To balance things out the last 20-30 spare mag orders and any spare mags past 6 per rifle (8 total per rifle) will be on backorder until next shipment (Q1), we included a letter with any effected orders for more details.

6 spare mags per rifle limit

8 total per rifle

equals 2 mags per rifle

preorder bonus would be 1 extra mag and sling

that would make 9 total, for those who preordered

But maybe TI means it it a flat 8 limit no matter what, in which case for preorder people they get their 3 mags and only an extra 5. Which basically means there was no reason to get in early and commit. There really is no preorder bonus now.

What's the reason for owning an AR-15? Dumb question. People want mags. What kind of person only has 1 mag with his gun? Some people want spares, some want a few for mods, maybe loadout, maybe shtf, who gives a poop. It's their order they do what they want.
