Good to hear!Phew got a response at 443 to return for exchange, got it to the post office 1 minute before close. Looks like TI is going to take care of me with a fresh rifle.
Now the wait begins again haha

The bolt is rough and hand filed, the carrier has edges that appear to be hand filed and the bluing on the rails is worn off to bare metal from test firing... So after waiting so long for a fresh rifle, I would feel more comfortable with a new one not just parts to fix an obvious problem child

yours looks more like hand chiseled than hand filed if you ask me.
good luck..
got to be one of the nicest magazine rivet ive seen
its not like the test rifle unless pcvando is on crack and didnt see it correctly

you posted pictures of the back of the magazine with barely noticeable rivet. but the magazines i have are cross spline rivets.Sadly not on crack, but probably should be reading this thread.
That is a bit different than the ones I have right now. More visible.
Should be either late today or tomorrow. We have several hundred folders packed, just need to be scanned in. Order status updates would happen Saturday/Sunday
I thought you brought in 500 of each? so safe to say those who ordered a folder and a fixed should see a status update soon then??
literally, EXACTLY what they said...
OH YOU THINK SO? Not exactly, unless you're talking about another one of their comments that I missed. In which case, oh please forgive me that I had other obligations and couldn't stay glued to this thread..
Several hundred refers to more than 500.. I seem to recall originally reading 1000 total.. If they brought in more, it makes the mag issue even more ridiculous imo.. also, I would assume they've got the fixed stocks ready and just have to add the folder and send off, BUT, based on recent events who the hell knows if they'll just send individual orders of folders first..
I predict they somehow drop the ball and short ppl on folder orders, substitute fixed stock models. Etc.
I mean why not? It seems like little else has gone to plan.
Hey TI. I got a folder and a fixed on order along with some mags. I really don't care when they get here so don't stress about it.
Take your time. The comments in this thread amuse me and when all the rifles are out the rage will come to an end.

Take your time. Im totally fine with terrible customer service and am basically the kinda guy who doesn't bother the phone and complain when the cable company raises my charges without telling me. Seriously, my standards are that low. The valid concerns in this thread amuse me, heck I though marstar should have an AAA better business bureau rating, and when all the rifles are out the rage will come to an end, and be replaced instead by many folks who have seen their last pre-order ever.
