Even if you own a rifle rated to shoot under water I strongly suggest not doing it. It is designed to do it without blowing up but you will ruin your barrel in a very short time. Militaries don't care about barrels, if needed they do it to preserve life then take the rifle to the armourer for a new barrel.
Water does not compress and the water can't get out of the barrel fast enough to prevent it from finding away around the bullet which will bulge the barrel little by little every round.
There was a video of a guy on here doing it with his Swiss Arms and he ruined the barrel. Stupid thing to do with your personal rifle that you have to pay for the repairs on.
