Explain the RCMP Firearms Lab criteria you say.....
1) Is it called a firearm
2) Does it discharge a projectile
3) Does it look modern
4) Would a politician, media personality, senior ranker, or member of the public think it looks cosmetically aggressive
5) How fast can we CNC machine parts and reverse engineer it for full auto
6) We don't like the magazine ad describing it
7) Someone in Canada may own one or wish to own one
8) Hire that fortune-teller again
 
You cannot stump the RCMP, if there is a firearm they cannot ID:
a) they let the owner do the research, use that as an FRT
b) register it as a LE sporter
c) declare it a prohib

Had a hard time with them believing a Walther KKM single shot smallbore match rifle was a Walther full auto 9mm sub-machine gun. Took over a year for the registration to go through.:bangHead:
