Picked up my non-silencer version from the post office. the barrel was sticking out of a hole the side of the packaging. Not an acceptable way to package a firearm like this in my opinion.

The box it came in appears to have just cut some extra room in the cut out to accomodate the longer barrel, without adding anything to prevent the barrel from pushing through the now bare cardboard side of the box. It's not an issue of transit, which believe me I have a lot of issues with Canada Post, rather it's an issue of inadequate packaging.

I'm glad it worked out for you. Unfortunately it did not for me and it's a pretty bad initial impression.
 
We are sorry that happened, it looks like Canada Post put a sticker over the damage before they delivered it. Thank-you for the packaging ideas although all I can do is apologize as those boxes were set throughout the US numerous times with no damage, further to that the rifles were exported/transported to Canada dilemma free. Please understand Canada Post hires extra staff during the Christmas season to accommodate the shipping rush and it looks like they were a little rough with your package. Should you have any damage we can file a claim with Canada Post.

The original barrels were only included in the per sale off the US website which was back in July. The extra NR Carbines that were sold from Canada did not include the factory barrels, if you were a pre-order sale please let us know and we will make it right..

If you included your shirt size and there was no shirt we would have ran out of the size you requested. We do apologize, due to excessive sales we are out of most sizes. New shirts will be coming in the next export at the beginning of February.
 
Got mine this morning !WOOT !!WOOT !! Did a jig and then torre in to the package SWEET !! Not disappointed ! Got all my mags Lasered ( total of seven ) original barrel , bore snake , a magazine and a sticker. Totally stoked ! Going to try her out tomorrow . My first 9mm ! Had that itch for a long time ! Its going to get scratched but good !:ar15:w:h:

I think I got the original barrel...some black long thing all wrapped up and entrenched in a part of the cardboard...too lazy to pry it free to check lol

Got the bore snake and 2 stickers...no magazine.

The shirt fits tight so any people ordering in the future may want to go a size up...but then again all my shirts fit tight...too much time at the gym and not enough at the gun range

By "mags lasered" you mean the scorpion engraving? I ordered 3 additional mags but they didn't have the scorpion engraving...only the 2 original ones that came with the carbine...not a big deal I guess.
 
Initial impressions of the gun are good. Trigger is stiff as expected. I didnt make it for the original preorder on the NR guns, but got one of the last ones available last week. I didnt receive the original barrel either. Its too bad that this wasnt clarified as my expectation was based on: "You will receive the original barrel, 2 mags pinned to RCMP restrictions and the new IRUNGUNS shirt should you include your shirt size at checkout."

Spoke with IRG this morning, I can get the original length barrel for another $100USD, but not the original barrel to the gun. I believe the original barrels are serialized to the gun? Pressumably the extra guns available after the presale would have been part of the same run. My 2 included magazines were etched with the scorpion logo.

Im excited for my new toy but this has definately knocked that back a few notches. IRG service and support has been very good, but not including the original barrel has me very disappointed. Another vendor is in the process of offering a similar finished product including the original barrel.

I look forward to an explanation.

I haven't received my gun but I think I'll be in the same boat. Kind of insulting.
