X95 Talk lets see them and hear some range reports and mods

The X95 is my current default choice for my next NR black rifle, unless something else catches my eye in the next few months.

I've been keeping my eye on its developments and learning about suitable optics in the meantime.

I set mine up like PinaKaleada , but keeping the factory rail.

It is my "winter rifle". The controls and trigger guard are much more friendly for wearing gloves/mittens than AR.

well Thanks' to Dilligaf for letting me know where to get some stuff for my x95. I now have IDF but pad and pistol grip in ODG on the way from wolverine.

my riffle is black but figured I would work my way to 2 tone black/ODG rifle. when they arrive I will post the pics of it.

I was not aware that the IDF issue X95 is semi-auto only.

So other than the shorter barrel & handguard it's pretty much the same gun.

Apparently Israeli service X95s are starting to show up with the commercial handguard, or at least a shortened version thereof.

Thanks!

That's probably the shortest LOP in bullpup land.

I'm also getting a second short buttpad (ordered two by mistake).. I got this one for 15$ USD if someone wants one. (I will have it after xmas)

Sorry no pics, my x95 is my go to rifle. Has its issues but it's reliability and portability trumps all else.
This rifle is kept nice and simple, meprolight rds and a flashlight that gets clipped on for night time predator control. The only upgrade I would like to see is a podium bipod for this rifle. With its quirckiness with its front end, this rifle will excel in its role. Neighbour nailed a coyote at 300 meters with his old style tavor off his podium bipod.

Here's mine. Nothing fancy, just added a Primary Arms LER 3x Magnifier to supplement the Mepro M21 and a Streamlight TLR-1 HL. Oh yeah, and an AAC Comp on the muzzle that accepts their QD Blast Containment device. I prefer the grip angle and increased control that I have with the Pistol Grip rather than the Cutlass Grip. I'm also a big fan of VFGs and Hand-stops.

The handgun is a FNH FNX Tactical with a Trijicon RMR and Inforce APL light.

Is there a gun you DON'T have??? :)

I like the MFT LAR pistol mags + gsdesign mag extension with this rifle... the length is perfect, not too long like the 30 rounders (pic in post #8).

I just threw up in my mount. WTF is that thing... a 2x4 with Mloks...lol...

I guess the mall ninjas will be happy.... hahahhahaha

Adding unnecessary weight.

It supposely only adds 4 ozs.

Um, im on the fence for it... id take it a little shorter (2-3" or so), and have the top rail lower. It's still a nice piece though!

The length would make it look more proportionate with our nonrestricted length barrels IMO.

Well its hardly a pretty and traditional looking gun to begin with.
