Q:Range near Vancouver

Have range include at least 200m and bay for action shooting and shotgun range? I have googled the range near Vancouver, Mission and Chilliwack just have one of them. Or have any long-range range can day use without membership?

Chilliwack has a 200m uphill rifle range rated to .338 Lapua.
Also has limited distance handgun and .223 rated ranges.
Must be a member or guest of a member. Day fee is $10.

Do you own guns here? I’m assuming you’re new here so wondering if you actually own guns. If not, something like DVC or The Range in Langley may suit you better.

Yes, I already got my PAL. I bought some rifle, m870, remington 700p, AR-15, Cz75 S1. That`s why I want find a range to use them.
I have some experience in IDPA and long range shooting, also have some tactical training.

Look up Fraser Valley Tactical Shooters. Chilliwack IDPA group. First match this year is Feb. 4 starting 9am. The only active IDPA group in the Lower Mainland area. You can see what the Chwk Range is like and see if you want to join. You’ll need a concealment style holster for your CZ, 2 mag pouches and about 150rds of ammo. Eyes and ears, of course.

Abbotsford Fish & Game - Has several ranges (Rifle and Pistol).Longest is 100m - Private club that requires membership. Long wait list.
Mission Rod & Gun - 100m to 300yard Rifle range and pistols ranges - Private club that requires membership
Port Coquitlam District Hunting & Fishing Club -100 to 200 yard range with pistol range. Public range that you can buy membership at.
DVC in Port Coquitlam - Indoor range. Pistol calibers and shotgun only - Public access and can buy membership.
The new range in Langley - Never been there, don't know anything about it except that it is indoor.

For Long-Range rifle your only option is Port Coquitlam range unless you join one of the private ranges.

Other option for long-range rifle is to join the BCRA and shoot the scheduled practice sessions and matches at the Canadian Forces Military range in Chilliwack. It is a 100m to 600m range.

poco has this rule that all shooters must understand English.

I know Poco, but that is too crowded. Chilliwack Fish and Game I may join it.
