A Sig Mosquito.. so bad I gave it the heave ho
I like the tt33, M57, and haven't shot them enough to say if I will get good, people say it takes some work to get good with them and I believe that is probably correct, if you watch Hickok 45 shoot the darn thing you would think it was a performance centre tuned Wheelgun! I like the look and feel of them, so I will keep trying!Zastava M-57. Bought it brand new. Nice well made pistol, that fit OK. Lots of fun to shoot; lots of fire, noise and recoil! After 1000 rounds I was doing little better than I did when I first got it. It almost turned me off pistol shooting. I sold it to a guy who likes them and has a couple of t-33s already. I ask him how its shooting, and have not got a straight answer. I took the money and a bit more and bought a NZ 85; it and other pistols I have bought since hit the target just fine.
I still think it was me, and not the pistol.

My Nagant revolver. Its just so bad
I have the Pietta. 1873 in .357/.38sp, in .357 it is a chore to hold the grips and accuracy suffers, but with .38sp, it is a lot of fun to shoot and quite accurate! My pietta single action, can't seem to get used to the "sights" and allways struggle with the grip. However when I can shoot it good it shoots really good.
How large are your hands?? I find the Glock 43 is so tiny, even my small hands don't get the most efficient pull on the trigger on it, are you having similar issues with the Sig?. The P239 for me is one of the most accurate pistols, mechanically they are very accurate.
I'm 1/4" MOA at 50 yards with any gun I shoot.
My Rossi model 68 snubby. Trigger is very heavy to say the least and the tiny fixed sights don't help any either. It is fun to shoot steel challenge with though.
Auggie D.
G17. I just can't seem to get the hang of mine. New sights on the way though...![]()
make sure you practice trigger reset properly, ride that trigger well. I've taught enough people to shoot to know this is the attribute that gets most people on Glocks. Seriously, make it a priority for a month and you'll be good for life.
