I measured mine that arrived and it's 28.5" overall.

It’s a MSAR magazine. Haven’t seen them around for a while.

They do not. I live in Edmonton and their truck comes into the Canadian location, Sherwood Park. I have received three orders from them so far, the latest being in Feb 2018 and you cannot pick up at their Canadian Facility as it is just a warehouse. I have asked every order, to no avail. I had to pay for shipping, needless to say I got the goods fairly fast. Call them and keep looking for the personal pickup and hey if you get lucky let me know, got another order coming in this month.
