Irunguns service ! Whats your experience ????

Dealt with them 4 or 5 times. Great customer service in my experience. Even went as far as sending me pics of my imported rifle without me even asking to make sure all was good.
You will have to be patient if importing something but if you buy from their Canadian store, it's about as quick as any other reputable retailer. (In my case, next day delivery since we're in the same province).

I received a hard to find AR15 stock bare wrapped in a garbage bag (not into the box it originally sells with, I guess the box vanished into thin air). It arrived damaged, scratched and gouged and the wrapping was torn open. I posted pictures here and the best they came up with was "we'll make sure that doesn't happen again". A professional business would have offered a replacement, exchange or refund.

A year later people were still compaining they received their stuff bare wrapped, without their original box.

Gun was in Canada.. Ordered on March 7 ..Transfer complete on March 10.. I have paperwork by snail mail
Still not shipped??? I have lots of previous orders.. all 100%
I quess they are getting sloppy.. A gun in my name is out there???

My only beef with them is the cost of shipping from Alberta to me. Almost 100$ for a handgun. Shipping the same package would cost someone about 25$, their price as a business with a much larger volume should be less.

I received exactly what I asked for/purchased. It just took longer then expected. I was told it would be closer to 60 days, but it took closer to 120. Their explanations were christmas, and shot show (I don't understand how they could not have forseen these when they set the expectations for the timeline). During this time, their comms were weak, but when I called or emailed for updates, they always answered and gave me updates. I just had to initiate them.

I have ordered a couple rifles from IRUNGUNS and the experience was good. Make sure you do your home work beforehand and know exactly what you are ordering (ie. UPC code) as the images and descriptions on the website are not always totally accurate. As well, keep in the monthly cutoff ordering date.
Have fun!

Two positive purchases from them and a third on the way. First was a CZ512 carbine in .22WMR which was a limited edition/ discontinued item. Cost to me to the door was $736 can. I had inquired about the same rifle with another big importer here and it would have been in the $1100 can. ballpark with me having to do a bunch of the paperwork and purchasing from a US dealer myself so for me it was a no brainer.

Their service is slow. And shipping can be expensive.
But it has to be this way, due to their business model.

And they are totally upfront about these facts.

If you're okay with waiting a couple of months; You can get a ton of stuff that's not readily available in Canada.

I must be lucky person, I have never had zero issues with IRG... All of of the wait time was caused by the CFO. Slow issuing transfers. But, As soon as transfer was approved, I got what I ordered in 3-4 days..

I have no issue recommending them to friends and family.

I made three purchases from them over the last few years. The first two purchases were ok even though it took several months for the orders to get completed. But I had a terrible experience with them on my last purchase when they shipped me the wrong restricted and as soon as I put up a post about all the back and forth with them the post was immediately deleted since they are a site sponsor.
So I am not sure you would get a balanced review around here.

I ordered a psa 10.5" ar last fall. Customer service was good. Didn't take too long to ship. The total cost was slightly higher than i thought, although low compared to buying from another shop here, i didnt read the part about two shipping charges. My fault

I've never ordered off them.......can someone give me a quick price if I were to order a 2000$ USD shotgun off gunbroker....with all shipping.....taxes...import fees....exchange rate.....I'd assume I'd be looking at close to 3000$ CAD? Just a rough estimate would be great

Add USD shipping from the seller to IRG in Arizona
Add US$25 shipping from Arizona to Alberta
Convert US$2000 to C$
Add 5% GST
Add C$200 import processing fee (none if ordered from IRG directly)
Add nominal C$20-30 duty (none if ordered from IRG directly)
Add C$50-70 shipping to you in Canada

Hi guy i view few review with a poor quality service with irunguns ( other web site)
Whats your experience with ??
Thank

Great buying experience. As for warranty and fixing stuff, don't expect much. If you accept the latter, you will keep buying from them.

You can get items(and promo deals) that normally we can't get in Canada. I recently bought a Burris AR optic that came with a free red dot and another Burris XTR II tactical scope with a reticle that is normally not available to us northern dwellers.
