SAPRL 2018 Match Dates

I had to go in a clean it up a bit. There are actually 3 spots left - some wonky things with the system made it so we had some double registrations etc.
 
How many spots were there? i only got in by chance wasn’t planning on registering till tonight but seen this thread, that’s a fast sell out.
 
We are aiming on having 50 to 55 shooters depending on how things shake out.

It looks like it is going to be a good match with a lot of returning faces and some new ones as well.
 
Thanks for all the interest everybody! I think this is the fastest sell out we have had yet.

I have sent out an email to everyone who successfully made it in.

I will be keeping an eye on things and if for some reason we have people who cannot make it I will be contacting those on the wait list.

If you didn't make it in I encourage you to put yourself on the wait list as you never know.
 
What's the policy on bringing spectators with you? Saddly I didn't make the registration this time, but in case I sign up for the September match it would be good to know.

Good to know, splitting hostels and car rental stuff makes a difference for people on a budget (because they spent too much money on rifles...)
 
Just an update for everyone.

The second match date has been moved from September 8th to August 11th.

For those that don't have the FB, there will be a BBQ truck coming down to the Taber Match. As many of you know the services out at the range are pretty slim so it is really nice that we have an option.

All proceeds from the sales will be going to a charity!
 
Talking with some of the range executives yesterday apparently the long range has the roof on it now and they think walls may be up later next week.
SHELTER!! Yay!!
Probably still a good plan to bring pop ups and certainly water.
