Got mine yesterday, everything was in there (I cancelled my quadrail) I am extremely pleased with the rifle, the fit and finish are milspec and very similar to the Chinese made ak47s which are highly regarded. Noticeably higher quality than other norinco products as far as milling marks and bluing.
I now understand what people mean by the "bent" receiver, the barrel and receiver are ever so slightly out of true, however as many others have mentioned due to the design this is not an issue. In fact these rifles are designed to accommodate looser tolerances for easier production. I had to really pay attention to notice it and I'm usually very bothered by these kind of problems

It's coming tomorrow, if Canada Post doesn't screw me. The anticipation good and bad: will I get all my mags, will it shoot <3 MOA, will it be "bent", will the cheek guards match, how will the wood look, how hard is it to pull off that stupid grenade launcher barrel shroud, how long is the barrel.....no more finger nails
i know how you feel, all that went threw my mind till i got mine.
Arrived yesterday. All bits and pieces accounted for. Fit, finish, function, ergonomics, and overall quality as expected. Slight barrel/receiver/solid stock misalignment; doesn't bother me.
Where did you pick up the rpk mag??

A big sincere "thank you" to Tactical Imports for getting these into the country. Closest thing I will ever get to an AK unless I find $13,500 laying around so I can buy a lame-@ss Valmet Hunter and chop it up to look like a frankengun Galil wannabe. Really appreciate how much effort these importers have done to bring us stuff and get around our inane gun laws. I remember darker times when there were virtually no ARs available, magpul didn't exist so mags were impossible to find, and the only semi cool gun you could buy was a blue painted Sig eurotrash metrosexual thing for $3500.

Matching cheek guards: Yes, which kinda sucks because I bought some thinking they weren't included (didn't read fine print) so now I have spares
Condition: Grrrrrrrrrr. Mostly good but very noticeable crack in wood and rust on trunion block. Nothing beyond repair but makes me think twice about buying a rifle I can't see and touch before hand. I'm also just one of those guys who can't call and complain, I knew what I was getting into and you get what you pay for. Plus I just got this thing and don't want to send it back cause I am going to hit the range and blast off 750 rounds of cheap Chinese corrosive crap as fast as I possibly can 5 rounds at a time while screaming di di mow di di mow (yes I know that is Vietnamese but I am a raging racist and don't care about the subtleties between all the various East Asian people as I am sure they don't care about the differences between the brands of white bread, but I digress). Yeeee Hawwwwww, giddy up. The posts about me asking "where is my spy camera" have come to their resolution:

Update. TI has contacted me and offered to make things right. Guess they monitor this forum, probably makes good business sense. Extremely impressed with customer service and again just at baseline super happy they brought these things in. Very appreciative that we only have the ability to complain about them is because they made it happen. I know you guys will say "it is a business" but the Canadian market isn't that big and even if they get $200-300 profit at the end of the day. When you only sell a few hundred guns its not like you are breaking the bank especially when you factor in the man hours and effort.
In Canada, I feel anyway, you just have to be thankful for everything you get.

They did something similar for me when I had issues on the first preorder.
They definitely make things right in the end as far as I can tell.

I don't know personally how they come apart, however I have already seen pictures of people removing or replacing the wood on them.
