Hello everyone!
I have this strange issue with my TT. While it would go through one box of soviet milsurp without a single issue, it will randomly jam after firing a round with same date but from another box. I tried soviet ammo from 50s, ammo marked BXN also from 50s and modern S&B. Didn't have issues with S&B and one box of soviet stuff but second box as well as BXN ammo started causing jams. Bullet comes out just fine, hits where I aim but slide would go back about 3/8 of an inch before becoming completely jammed while spent brass freely moves in the chamber. The only way to get slide to return to battery is to hit muzzle with hard object. After that slide goes forward and pistol starts working like it supposed to. Spent brass is not damaged and there is no damage to internals. Any ideas to why this could be happening? Just old ammo? I know BXN ammo is spicy, that's why I didn't fire many rounds but second soviet box was just regular pistol ammo and still kept jamming.
