To answer some of your questions; we distribute to most of the retailers across the country including Cabela's, Sail, Canadian Tire etc. First shipment should be arriving sometimes in September. MP40 9mm paperwork was already submitted to RCMP and Canadian model sample will be sent to for evaluation before the end of the month.

Im sore about my m31 being closed bolt and after the issue they had with the ssd bd 38 im betting the 9mm will be closed bolt. Saw a closed bolt version once and it was hammer fired which made disassembly really not fun.

So it falls into the non-restricted category. I’m hoping if they make a 9mm version, they make a restricted version as well. .22 for plinking in the yard and the 9mm for range shenanigans.

I have handled GSG mp-40, 22lr in Europe last year. Great looking gun and it appeared to be well made. I remember I wished we had it available in Canada. This is my wish come through, I guess, lol. Not that I have anything against 9mm but NR 22lr model with 23 rounds mag is just perfect for me. Thanks Blueline

Why only 23 rounds? Why not the full 32? (with a full length magazine, they could probably fit about 50 >22lr in a doublestack)....
