I have a really bizarre question, would the index pins be of the same material as the barrel extension, 8620 I assume?
 
I'm extremely interested in a 6.5 CM barrel.

Are they going to be made for AR10's? Are the specs going to be similar to the 308 ones?
 
That's great to hear, if the 6.5 CM twist rate is 1/8 then I'm sold. I'll get one when they become available.

but is the guardian style barrel in .338 federal still a possibility in the near future?

We really want to make some of these along with some other cool chamberings but for the time being we are focused on 308 Win, 6.5 CM, and 6.5 Grendel.

This is definitely not a no, just a not right now.

k thanx for the answer so I can move on. I have found a source that can have it for me sooner than later.
will probably grab a .308 barrel when they become availlable

Update!

5R 16.1" Straight and Spiral barrels in both Guardian and Match Series will be ready to ship in 2 weeks.

5R 18.6" Pencil barrels in both Guardian and Match Series will be ready to ship in 3 weeks.

Very limited quantities from this run are remaining. Accepting Back-Orders to reserve stock.
