Here's mine.

Heard good thing about their carbines , the pistols , not so much , something along the lines of a well aim throw has a better chance of hitting the target .....

I've heard quite the opposite about the handguns. From what I've heard, they're reliable and function just fine. The problem is they're ugly, heavy, and made from low quality materials (cast zinc alloy I want to say?). I've never shot one though so who knows...

I have had a couple in the past.
They are very accurate ( fixed barrel helps )
They are very reliable
They can take modified 1911 mags.
But very heavy & a bit ugly.

I joke about them but the truth is I’m very happy with my 45ACP Carbine. I did a trigger job on it, put a cheap red dot on it, and got a new cocking handle and it’s been a great little gun.

Its especially handy for taking new shooters out to have fun at the range. My AR15 scares some people because of the muzzle break. The 45ACP round in this Hi-Point coupled with the spring absorbing butt pad makes this gun shoot so light a small child would enjoy it. The red dot is also a novelty for new shooters.

All in all they’re well worth the price of admission.
