Last night a badger made a den in the middle of my driveway. The hole is a solid 12inches in diametre, much too big to be a gopher hole. The mound is large enough a small car would not be able to pass. Whats my best course of action?

I'd let it stay there and build a nice fence and slide the driveway over a bit to make room.
feed it and train into a yard defense badger....... of course i'm kidding but badgers are bad ass critters hehehe
they are protected here in BC.

Lololol! Im wondering if its the same dum badger that walked within 20 feet of my family on the patio this summer. I had a bead on his head with my 1022, but I failed to pull the trigger it seemed really dumb, and they eat mice which are my number 1 arch enemy. Now Im thinking flush him out with the water truck.

Bait him with peanut butter or something else that badgers eat. If you are really good with a 22lr a head shot would work. Otherwise 12ga 00buck would work. Might seem over powered but badgers are mean

They make a great little rug for the man cave! And they can be mean! Has longer front claws than my blackbear rug!

Wait and observe. If the hole suddenly appeared, it might not be a critter. You could have a sinkhole. FWIW, I saw a baby badger in the woods once. The cutest little beastie!

Definitely a badger hole I have lots of them. They don't come out in the day light very often. Im going to try the cat litter thing tomorrow. Im not opposed to shooting it either just not patient enough to wait for it.
