Depends if it's for carry hunting or table top shooting.
I have a P.E.P.R. with a 1-4x25 I setup for some fun and a 4-16x44 on a low tactical ring set from either Vortex or Burris for when I want to reach out. Subject to change once testing and results are gathered.
Pardon my ignorance, but what is the difference between “hunting scopes” and “bench rest scopes”?
A scope that was going to be used only for bench rest target scopes would likely be higher magnification and have target turrets - open to the world with no protective caps. Hunting scope usually has protective caps for the adjustment turrets.Pardon my ignorance, but what is the difference between “hunting scopes” and “bench rest scopes”?
