Ammo wallets/binders

I have a ammo binder, and while pretty cool, they take up a lot of space for what they are. Kind of defeats the purpose you are trying to achieve. My ammo binder stays in the closet.

I find the ammo pouches/bags are a much more efficient use of space. I can fit twice the amount of ammo in the same footprint as an ammo binder. I believe the ones I have are TAB ammo pouches.

We had to shut down for 6 months due to personal issues.

We have started back up but have several large dealer orders to fill......

Once we get caught up with the dealer orders we are going to look at some new stuff.........an Ammo "book" was on the agenda...... ;)

That would rock, i own some of your stuff and is very well made!
If ever you go the ammo binder route, just keep in mind that some people like myself, prefer something compact that can carry as much rounds as possible in a small space, vs a hard cover binder with limited round count despite its big size (tab ammo binder)
 
I already have a small rear bag from JSA, works great. List of things to buy still are a med rear bag, ammo book, and that note pad write in the rain kit. I guess Xmas is coming.

yea, something that would roll up would be ideal.

Guess it depends on what you value more - space/efficiency or noise reduction.

Yes, the binders would ultimately be quieter. Though personally I've never really noticed much the noise of the ammo pouches, but being quiet was never my ultimate goal. I spend a lot of time in the field shooting targets during training, competition or practice, and I'm not a hunter. I carry a lot of shooting gear, so a small footprint for ammo is a big plus for me. Being quiet is not.

If you just want to pack a bunch of ammo around, the ammo pouches are hard to beat. If you are hunting or attempting to be sneaky while shooting a can of Dinty Moore at a mile, then the ammo binders are for you.
 
There is a vendor down in the US who makes a very popular shooting bag that is now making Ammo Binders under a different name - they are 20% off this week and I will be ordering one. They are not a vendor here so not sure if posting here is OK so PM me for details.

I do have some of the pouches that Kthomas has - they do work well but I like keeping track of all my brass so prefer the binders.

Sorry, I mean to say that if the binder holds 100 cases there are 100 loops. At the end of the stage if I loaded 2 10 rounders I will have 20 empty loops - I can then put the empties back in the loops.

The Tab Gear pouches are quite nice - I am just a little OCD about it haha.

I had put in cart and almost checked out few days ago.
Today they sent me a coupon for 10% off if I’d proceed with purchase.
I wasn’t going to, but a few beers later makes me an easy guy to spend.
 
Just received my goods, and the delay I have had to received them is what I consider o.k. too, but they wrote my an apology note for the slow shipping with a partial refund.
I never even complained or inquired at all.
These guys take customer service very seriously.
Very well made too, i'm happy.

Eric and Anne are great. They shoot a bunch of matches out here in the West and host an RTC match in Montana that I've yet to make it to.
