You should all know my obsession with Axis infantry weapons. Here's the updated couch photo for November 2018.

Highlights this year were another G/K-43, this one with a righteous scope and mount, an upgrade to one of my K98's (selling a 60's import and replacing it with a mid war Sauer), finding a G41w and importing it before liberals something something and buying my first occupation pistol, the Browning Hi-Power.

You'll see a No5Mk1 in there as well, I kinda like Enfields and I was frustrated because no decent Axis stuff was appearing. Also another Type 99 with the ears and the monopod, just 'cause.

But most of all, this year is the year I found a #### and click, matched MP38 in Canada. Woot.

Identify what you can, those Carcano/M95 type magazines make some rifles look the same in terrible photos like these.

Cheers
Geof

No, I came to Canada too late for the 12•x licensing. But they are both #### and click. I search for the best dewats I can get when it’s an ex prohib. No slabs of metal for me.

Sweet baby Jesus....

Ive been to the War museum here in Ottawa many times

Your collection rivals what they have on display

Please tell me they aren't all safe queens and occasionally see daylight

The Panzerschreck? It came from former East Germany, the shield came from Latvia, the catch came from Denmark and other bits and pieces came from the internetz. It wasn't a wreck when I got it but it was obviously fished out of water. It took me about 3 years to find all the bits and pieces and Jens over on WAF helped me find a couple of the more troublesome parts. It works by the way. #### it, pull the trigger and a spark results out the end.

Anything that can be shot, I have fired. A couple of things like the Nambu I have gone to the trouble of swapping out the firing pin on as they are notorious for snapping. Btw, NEVER try to swap the firing pin out of a Nambu. They have like 4 little springs inside the frame and you have to do it under a bed sheet in case they fire off across the room.

Thank you for not locking them away!

You must make a few peoples day at the range.

I think that’s it. There’s a ton of AT mines, AP mines, grenades, LP’s etc that didn’t make it onto the couch.

Oh and funny story, I had a spare Tellermine 35 in rough shape so I buried it in the front yard to give the next owner some fun.
