Lots of frost build up on the power lines in SW Manitoba.

Either something happened to the lines in the area because of it, or it's an outage for ice melting/ice rolling operations. As of this morning they've done about 900km worth of lines, and still have more to do.

That's an extremely costly solution when you're talking anything over 30mins run time. Never mind the space needed for all the batteries that would have let them stay up for hours.
