I never bought a cheap BCG before but I just had a moment of weakness, broke down and ordered 2 Brownell's BCG's.
Are they actually as good as everyone says they are?
For the price I thought it would be worth a try.
Lifetime gaurantee and a great price.
Most of the stuff that comes with BCGs is all marketing.
Rifle goes bang each time? BCG do it’s part?
If the answers are yes, then awesome.
Mind you, there is a difference when it comes to longevity. I’ll pick on NEA as they’re name is 50/50. Either you hate them, or you like them.
I don’t think their BCG ever had any issues... but their bolts on the other hand did.
However, I haven’t heard of many/any negatives for the Brownells bolts
Edit to add:
Some bcgs are made of different materials. Brownells is on point with the big names, and looks like it’s just some o the big names stuff rebranded into their own.
Example, Toolcraft I believe does Aero’s bcgs, among the majority of the others (including Brownells)
